 I’m a 35-year-old woman living right here in the U.S., and like many of you, I juggle a busy life filled with work, family, friendships, and self-care. Over the years, I’ve learned that keeping balance isn’t always easy—but it’s always worth it. That’s why I created Active Women Guide: to be a space where women like us can find inspiration, practical tips, and encouragement to live healthier, happier, and more confident lives.

This blog is all about fitness, beauty, healthy eating, and lifestyle tips—but not in an overwhelming or unrealistic way. I know life isn’t about perfection. It’s about making small, smart choices that add up over time. Whether it’s squeezing in a quick 20-minute workout before the kids wake up, finding skincare routines that actually work, or preparing healthy meals that don’t take all night, I believe in keeping things simple, sustainable, and enjoyable.
